Below is a FREE peace and well-being talisman. Use it to deal with stress and worry in your life. I drew it in pen and ink, and with colored pencils, during a trance working.
The symbols on the talisman come from “unknown tongues”, which is the language of the subconscious.

To use the talisman, do the following:
- Print it, then cut it out. Ideally, you’d print it on fairly thick paper, but standard paper is fine.
- At a quiet time, put the talisman in front of you, maybe prop it up against a clock or some books.
- Clear you mind of thoughts and “meditate” on the talisman for a few minutes. Follow the lines with your eyes and soak up the shapes, colors and lines. Do this once a day for three days, longer if you feel it is helping you.
- The message embedded within the talisman enters your subconscious mind to bring you peace and well-being.
