A girl called Jane emailed me yesterday asking how you use anointing oils. A lot of people ask me this. Anointing oils are made from plant and root essences and are blessed magically – much like a priest might bless holy water.

There are lots of ways you can use anointing oils. They can be used in spells, rituals, candle magic, baths and worn as a magical perfume. The only limit is your imagination.

Taking Come Back To Me Oil as an example, here’s a few ideas to get you started…

For Candle Magic
To bring back a lost lover, rub a red candle with the Come Back To Me Oil (rub the anointing oil towards you from wick to base). Use 5-10 drops. Place in candle holder and light.

Now chat the following three times.

“By the power of oil and flame,
Come back to me (name).
I want you with me – by my side,
Come back to me, come back to me.”

Let the candle burn for 1 hour. The working is now complete.

For Bath Oil
Add five drops of anointing oil to unperfumed bath water. Sink back and relax, clear your mind of thoughts. Now, imagine yourself walking with your ex – holding hands and talking happily. Do this for seven days.

For Magical Perfume
Put three drops of anointing oil on each wrist every morning for seven days. As you do this think of a time when you and your ex were happiest. Hold onto that thought for a couple of minutes, then let it go and carry on with your day.
