Now and then I get people coming to me whose lives have been blighted by terrible, unremitting bad luck. Everything they touch turns to bad. Relationships never work out and never last. No matter how fast they earn it, money just slips through their fingers. However much effort they put in, life always seems to be against them, dealing them bad cards at every turn.
When they come to me, they are usually in despair and at the end of their tether. They don’t know what to do. Typically they say: “Doc, I’ve been hexed real bad, please help me get it out of my life…”
In such cases, I usually do a reading – or use my jack [pendulum] to discern the nature of the curse and get some idea of who may have laid it. But sometimes there’s nothing tangible. Just an all-pervading evil hanging over the person like a baleful specter. You know beyond any doubt that this is no ordinary hex – and maybe not even a human one.
You know that it is a generational curse which has been handed down through the family blood line. It may have been placed on one of the person’s ancestors by a very powerful sorcerer or evil witch. Or it may be infinitely more complex – a curse laid upon them by God himself. And that person is paying each and every day for the sins of their fathers…
The Bible’s Exodus 34:6-7 refers to generational curses:
And he passed in front of Moses, proclaiming, “The Lord, the Lord, the compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger, abounding in love and faithfulness, maintaining love to thousands, and forgiving wickedness, rebellion and sin. Yet he does not leave the guilty unpunished; he punishes the children and their children for the sins of the fathers to the third and fourth generation.”
Can a generational curse be lifted? Yes it can (click here). But it’s a hell of a task and demands extensive rituals, including graveyard rites and calling upon the Graveyard Snake and Ole Satan himself.
