✴ If any part of your body tenses up, simply put your mental focus on that area, and feel it relaxing again.

✴ When you are done, slowly bring your attention back to the everyday world and go about your day.

You can do it walking down the street or travelling on public transport.

The idea is to achieve some level of calmness, despite your heartbreak. This will enable you to present yourself in a more contained manner, which will be far more appealing to your ex than if you are needy.

Your ex might even wonder what’s going on, and be intrigued by the fact that you appear to be getting on with your life without them.
