DoktorSnake.com provides two types of offerings:

• Digital products – downloadable audio, documents, or similar material
• Custom digital services – bespoke workings, field reports, or related operator services conducted personally

Each offer is described on its individual page.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically after payment.

Delivery may include download access or a link sent by email.

Because access to digital material is provided immediately, all sales of digital products are final once the download or access link has been issued.

Custom Digital Services

Some offerings on this site are custom services prepared specifically for the client.

These may include bespoke workings, written field reports, audio transmissions, guidance, or other personalised material.

Once a service has been scheduled or preparation has begun, the transaction is considered complete and the sale is final.

Delivery

All delivery is digital.

For digital products this usually means download access after purchase.

For custom services the process normally involves:

• submission of a short form describing the situation
• scheduling of the working or service
• delivery of a written report, audio, or other digital material

Delivery is considered complete once the digital material, access link, or service report has been sent to the email address provided at checkout or made available through the delivery system.

Delivery timing may vary depending on the nature of the service and will normally be indicated on the relevant page or confirmed after purchase.

Refunds

Because offerings on this site involve either immediate digital delivery or custom preparation, all sales are final unless stated otherwise.

Refunds are not provided for:

• digital products once access has been delivered
• custom digital services once they have been scheduled or prepared

If a genuine technical issue occurs with delivery, please make contact and it will be resolved.

Disputes and Chargebacks

If there is a problem with an order, please contact the site directly so the matter can be resolved quickly.

Unjustified chargebacks may be disputed using transaction records, delivery logs, download records, and related correspondence.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by third-party providers including PayPal and Stripe via e-junkie.

These providers manage payment security and transaction processing.
